Summer Card Camp 2--Week 1, Day 3

Today's lesson featured stitching on cards.  I stitched a gold foil panel on a dark rose card using a decorative shell stitch.  The word panel is composed of rose, gold, aqua, copper and light aqua strips with a "Wish" sticker attached.  A copper, rose and white chipboard medallion completes the card

Summer Card Camp 2--Week 1, Day 2

Todays lesson was on blending colors.  For the banner, I blended dark rose, turquoise, gold, and copper inks to make the background for the banner.  Pearl paint highlights the edge.  The words are die cut from dark rose with rose pearls for dots.  White silk flowers with pearl centers finish the banner which is attached to a turquoise card misted with gold.

This card is made using the color palette for the week and one of the sketches.  The golden yellow card is highlighted with Diamond Stickles.  A rectangle of mulberry patterned paper is background to an aqua foil piece.  The word sticker is attached to a copper banner.  A white foam star finishes the card.
