Summer Card Camp 2--Week 2, Day 5

Additional Color Combos

For our lesson today we were give additional color combos to create a card.
I chose white, gold , lavender, grey and purple.  The image is cut from a pattered paper--highlighted with lavender and gold stickles, then mounted on a purple and grey print and then a gold print highlighted with stickles.  A purple mat is centered on a white card then embellished with purple pearls and a gold sentiment.

Summer Card Camp 2--Week 2, Day 4

Stretching Holiday Stamps

We received practical ways to use those holiday stamps year round.

I stamped a partridge in a pear tree, masking out the pear and the words, then added a die cut scroll and gold sticker sentiment.

Summer Card Camp 2--Week 2, Day3

My Inspiration
Today we had several samples of cards using the week's sketches and colors and a challenge to do our own card

I used the circle sketch and cut a circle die in the front of the card and then scattered circle with this week's colors punched from various print papers.  The inside of the card has a patterned strip with a glitter butterfly sticker peeking through the cutout.  A "celebrate" sentiment completed the card

Pearl drop highlights on the petals and a gray satin ribbon complete the card.
